What does coaching involve?

Coaching provided by Profiler enables individuals to become focused, committed and more effective in their roles. We establish clear coaching goals and expectations with both the manager and with the individual – the resultant coaching programs are highly customized. A wide range of diagnostic assessment is often undertaken as well as utilizing assessment from learning/development programs to;
