Review —

Assessment —
- selected and confidentials self assessments (such as personality preferences, work and personal values, skills, interests)
- Undertake questionnaires of relevance to inform your current situation
Explore and research —
- Are my career goals realistic?
- What work or industry experience, skills or qualifications do I need to move to this career goal?What other reality checking do I need to do/who should I speak with?
- Are my networks of help?
Plan —
- Having undertaken the analysis you have refined the option/s and are ready to set up the plan – what sort of resume do you need?
- How prepared am I for an interview or to directly market to a potential employer?
- Planning prepares you to confidently launch your career and jobsearch.
Act —
Activate the plan and go to market!
Review —
Are we there yet?? What do we need to tweak??
